With an emphasis on employee development, advancing within our organization. We have several long-term tradesmen that have started out as apprentice plumbers and progressed in their trade obtaining Trade Certificates in one or multiple disciplines. (Plumbing, Gas B, Gas A, Pipe Fitting, Refrigeration)
Journeyperson Plumber
Responsibilities:
-
Perform plumbing installations with precision and adherence to industry standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
-
Mentor and guide apprentices, sharing your knowledge and fostering their growth.
-
Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety at all times.
-
Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
-
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 4 years construction related experience
-
Completion of relative Plumbing certification program
-
Own tools, (general hand tools)
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (abstract will be required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Able to work unsupervised and follow directions
-
Well organized, Neat and detail oriented
-
Prompt, Reliable and Dependable

Commercial Experience

Bondable
-
Assets Preferred: WHMIS, level 1 Frist Aid, Scissor Lift Training, Forklift Training,
Confined Space Training
